Iona College of Art & Techology Block - Havelock North
Client: Iona Collete; Consultant: James Jack Architects; Value: $1.2 million; Project: Construction of a new three level Spanish mansion style building.  Floor area 1700m sq.  Building comprising of concrete floors and columns, precast concrete beams and floors, timber framing at exterior/interior walls and roof.  Stucco plaster at exterior, concrete tile roof.  Extensive interior fitout.

Client: Horticulture Research; Consultant: Paris Magdalinos Architects; Value: $6.5 million

Eastern Institue of Technology - Technology Building Hawkes Bay, Napier
Client: Eastern Institue of Technology, Hawkes Bay; Consultant: Alan Reay Consultants; Value: $2.6 million; Project: Construction of three storey building, precast concrete structure, concrete floors, extensive interior fitout, floor area 2200m sq.  precast components manufactured on-site with a heavuest unit weight of 35 tonne.  Contract period 36 weeks. 

Eastern Institue of Technology - Tourism & Hospitality Block
Client: Eastern Institute of Technology, Hawkes Bay; Consultant: Paris Magdalinos Architects; Value: $3 million; Project: Construction of new building comprising gross floor area 200m sq.  Concrete foundations, steel structure with infill timber framing and associated fitout.  Contract period 16 weeks. 

Eastern Institute of Technology - Rural Wine & Science
Client: Eastern Institue of Technology, Hawkes Bay; Consultant: Paris Magdalinos Architects; Value: $2.2 million; Project: Construction of new laboratories, classrooms and service areas.  Building area 1200m sq comprising of concrete floors, steel structure with timber partitions, plaster finish to exterior, gib board painted to interior.

Sacred Heart College Block B & Gymnasium - Napier
Client: Catholic Management Board; Consultant: Southcombe McLean (David McKenzie); Value: $2.35 million; Project: Upgrade of existing Block B.  Construction of new gymnasium located on hillside with limited access.  Suspended concrete floor with steel structure construction.  Construction of new 25m pool, learners pool, spa pool, associated plant an building structure of 2500m sq.

Flaxmere College - Hastings
Client: Ministry of Education; Consultant: Hoogerbrug Architects; Value: $2.2 million; Project: Construction of four classrooms, three science laboratories, library, arts metalwork & clothing blocks, common room and resource room.

Colenso High School - Napier
Client: Ministry of Education; Consultant: Paris Magdalinos Architects; Value: $833,000; Project: Construction of new technology block.  Contract period 18 weeks.
