Client: Hawkes Bay Airport Authority; Consultant: Opus International Consultants; Value: $3 million; Project: Construction of new Terminal and upgrade of existing Terminal.  Floor area 2600m sq and associated site works.  Building comprises of concrete floor, steel structure, metal roof, Alucobond cladding and extensive glazed window areas.

Client: Noel Leemings Group; Consultant: Eastside Enterprises Ltd. Value: $2.6 million; Project: Construction of two storey building and on-site ground floor parking lot 2500 m sq.

Hawkes Bay Airport Control Tower — Napier
Client: Airways NZ; Consultant: Design Build — Paris Magadlinos Architects: Holmes Consulting Group / Herbert Construction Ld; Value: $1.1 million; Project: Construction of new Control Tower.  Five levels 18500 m in height.  Four levels of Administration under Control Cab.  Building comprising of precast concrete panels, concrete floors, structural steel at Control Cab.  Clad with metallic colour steel and painted precast concrete panels and an extensive interior fitout with complex communications and data services. 

Havelock North New World — Havelock North
Client: Foodstuffs; Consultant: Loughnan Hall & Thompson Value: $1.9 million; Project: Construction of new extension 1200 m sq.  Upgrade of existing trading area 700m sq comprising of concrete reinforced floors, structural steel, precast concrete and concrete mezzanine floors Vitrepanel exterior cladding, concrete tile and metal roofing.  Complete new interior fitout.

Hastings City New World - Hastings
Client: Foodstuffs; Consultant: TSE Group; Value: $1.7 million; Project: Construction of new extension 1000m sq.  Upgrade of existing trading area.  New Bakery, Deli and Administration areas.  Construction comprising of concrete reinforced floors, precast concrete, concrete mezzanine floors, structural steel structure with metal roof. 

Omahu Rd Office Development - Hastings
Client: Covington Group; Consultant: Kalmar Projects Ltd; Value: $5 million; Project: Three storey office development 6200m sq.  Concrete structure, Alucobond external cladding with extensive interior fitout.

Gull Service Station — Napier & Hastings
Client: Gull New Zealand; Consultant: Waitakere Architects; Value: $1.4 million; Project: Construction of new Service Stations.  Floor area 2500m sq.  Forecourt area 600m sq each with canopies.  Extensive site works development.  Project comprising of concrete floors and forecourts, precast concrete panels, structural steel structure, metal roofing and cladding, cement wall cladding, fuel services including an extensive interior fitout.
